Attached is an Excel spreadsheet IM004_Sig Protein List_Portal.xlsx, which contains the rolled up protein-level data in normalized log base 10 format intensity for all replicate samples.  If a sample is missing, that means it was eliminated during the QC process.  Statistical significance was determined through G-test (qualitative) and T-test (quantitative) analysis of VN1203 avirulent versus mock at each time point.  The Summary tab provides detailed information about each spreadsheet.

Also attached is an excel spreadsheet IM004_Peptide Data_Portal.xlsx, which contains the normalized peptide intensity data for all biological replicates and technical replicates that passed QC.  The data are log base 10 transformed and scaled by dividing by 5 x 10^7 (during the peptide matching process, not the statistical process).
